He stands staring at the scene.

Yet he can’t look away.
He is fascinated.
This isn’t his first rodeo.
He has been here before.
Yet it always fascinates him.
As he stands watching bodies collide.
He just can’t look away.
He can’t go away.
He is right here with them.
Behind this barbed wire fence.
Watching some poor soul get his brains beat out.
This is his life now.
He’s just glad it isn’t him.
If only he could rewind time.
Nice. Reminds me of a movie I watched recently with the actress who played Ange in Under the Dome. Can’t recall the name of the movie but it was about rodeo.
