I’ve had this idea to do a get to know me tag. I cannot remember if I did this before, so I figured I’d go ahead a do one now. This one is about movies. The movies are in no particular order, this isn’t like a countdown list. I may do one for music/albums too.

Stand by Me (1986)

brilliant movie. Really a classic. RIP River Pheonix.

Fight Club (1999)

Something about this dark and twisted film just gets me. I really love it

The Perks of Being a Wallflower (2012)

This film is beautiful and the book it is based on was good too.

Patch Adams (1998)

This was another beautiful film. I watched it for the first time back in high school. RIP Robin Williams and Phillip Seymour Hoffman.

Holes (2003)

This is one of my favorite childhood movies.

The Silver Linings Playbook (2012)

Great movie. Wonderful portrayal of people with bipolar disorders.

Alpha Dog (2006)

Wild and sad true story. Very good though. RIP Anton Yelchin.

The Outsiders (1983)

A classic. All of the up-and-coming 1980s teen heartthrobs were in this film. It was really good. RIP Patrick Swayze

Gridiron Gang (2006)

This is one of those “teacher saves the children” movies, but it is still good. It is based on a true story as well.

Roll Bounce (2005)

This was one of Bow Wow’s movies when he got older. It was very funny and still one I watch. RIP Charlie Murphy
