So yesterday I was set up to watch the live stream of The Strivers Row’s annual Anthology show which was at Stage 48 in New York. The way poets use words and metaphors to convey their emotions is lovely. I like going on YouTube and looking at videos of Brave New Voices, The Strivers Row, T. Miller, and Def Poetry among many others. At my college there is a poetry group that I saw for the first time this past spring. Seeing them actually started my liking of poetry.
